Artist Bio

    Kendra Lewis is a multidisciplinary illustrator from San Luis Obispo, California currently living and working in Denver, Colorado. Since graduating from the Maryland Institute College of Art in May of 2022, she continues to use her art practice to bridge the gap between craft, fine art and illustration.
    She takes strong inspiration from diary entries, a variety of subculture aesthetics, internet youth culture, kitsch, graffiti, street art, as well as the comics and cartoons she grew up with to express themes of femininity, friendship, identity and memories through saturated colors and alter ego characters.
